This year, get ahead of pesky allergies by building up immunity to them before they become a problem. How? A few months before allergy season kicks into gear, begin taking bee pollen. If you don’t have local access to a bee keeper, you can still find bee pollen at most health food stores.

Start slowly to ensure you don’t have an allergy to the bee pollen itself; take two or three of the small granules on your first day. If no adverse reaction occurs, continue to add three granules a day as you gradually work your way up to taking half a teaspoon daily.
