Talia is a passionate and motivated practitioner, who is dedicated to assisting clients to enrich their lives. She provides the support and guidance to allow her clients to develop a greater awareness of themselves and to discover how to live in a more authentic and meaningful way.
Talia believes in the importance of an integrative & holistic approach tailored to each individual client. She draws on her range of clinical and personal experiences, as well as the principles of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Gestalt Therapy. Talia enjoys working with a wide range of clients, however her specific areas of interest are in Child & Adolescent and Women’s Mental Health issues.

Talia’s background is in medicine, as she undertook 3 years of Psychiatry training before shifting her focus to individual counselling. She has diverse experience in the areas of Adult, Child & Adolescent, Perinatal & Geriatric Psychiatry.
Talia highly values the use of preventative strategies such as yoga and mindfulness meditation for mental wellbeing. She also believes in the importance of early intervention for both children and adults, in the prevention of chronic and enduring mental health issues.
